Over the years I've watched the web develop into this true world wide hub of knowledge sharing greatness. "This is what the web was originally intended for", I thought to myself while trying to put together a business model about how I can get my customers to participate in social networking...basically the online version of word-of-mouth advertising, which is the best kind of marketing. So we came up with a combination of tools to help our customers manage their websites themselves, participate with their customers, sell there wares via easy-to-manage online store, and generally communicate with the world as if everybody is standing in your lobby waiting to speak with you.
